FAQ

  • It depends a lot on your urgency and your budget. I have offerings which cover the full spectrum both in terms of how frequently and how deeply we engage, and the investment, from complimentary to 1250€.

The most affordable pathway is to download my free Breath Bundle, my free ebook Radically Change Your Life, download my free, printable, 2 page Healthy Habits guide, listen to my free transmissions on Insight Timer, and then sign up for my newsletter where you’re welcome to ask questions and learn more. The total investment for that route is 0€ and is entirely driven by your motivation. You’ll get out of it what you put in.

If you are clear about what you want to work on, are ready to invest in your evolution, and want a mirror and guide to help you find your way through the woods and into the clearing, you’re welcome to inquire using the form above and we’ll schedule a complimentary discovery call together. The purpose of these calls is for us both to be clear about our desire to work together, and both yes and no are acceptable answers at the end of that call.

If you’re not yet clear about what you want to work on, I highly recommend starting with ordering a Heart Atlas. The abundant material in those pages is sure to illuminate for you where your pain points are that you’d like to release, even if you aren’t currently aware of them. It will also help you articulate where you’d like to focus more easily.

It’s worth noting that I usually recommend any person I do not know personally begin in Unbound for a number of reasons, the main being that you are sure to get the most value for your money there, and the program is designed to teach you what I consider to be the very foundation of any self-discovery and personal development journey. It's also a fixed three month program and it'll give us both an opportunity to get to know one another. Building trust takes the time it takes. In this way, by the time we are in a 1:1 container or another program, we can be very efficient with our time together.

  • Picking my brain, or my heart, usually qualifies as a consultation call, and I book a limited number of these each month. You’re welcome to sign up for a one off Catalyst Call and I’ll reach out to schedule our call via email.

  • Yes, absolutely. Though do keep in mind that my keynote speaker days have passed, and I'm only available for interviews and Q&A format events. Interviews of this nature qualify as consultations, are 200€, and will include up to an hour interview and promotion of your event to my audience via social media and my newsletter (~10,000 people across all platforms). On a case by case basis, I also consider unpaid interviews, particularly in the event that there is a clear mutual benefit. I’m also always happy to donate my time for events which serve underrepresented and marginalized communities. Reach out and let's talk!

  • Although I offer one-off sessions in the form of Catalyst Calls, I work predominantly in containers of time. Unbound is a three month program with a lot of interaction during that time, and 1:1 containers are for a minimum of three months with two monthly calls. Why three months? Because my experience has shown me both that that is the time needed to really get to your nutrient-dense material and build rapport, and, so we have time to see how our work together plays out in your life without feeling rushed. Although Unbound completes after three months, all alumni are invited to join a continuation program afterward where they can nurture and integrate their discoveries and continue to get support.

If you’d like to hear from those who have already taken the dive into their inner landscape with me, you can check out my testimonials. I’m also happy to put you in contact with some of my past and present students so you can talk to them directly. Just let me know using the inquiry form above.

Although a longer than three month commitment is not required, I have students who have been with me for 5-7 years, and who continue to find relevancy in our communion each time we meet, as they pursue liberation and realization. Each of them started in Unbound.

  • They very short answer is, YES. I don’t just suggest, I encourage my students to maintain a regular meditation practice, learn to breathe consciously, and to do japa (repetition of mantras). I also invite them to kirtans where they have the opportunity to feel their hearts opening through bhajans. I introduce all of these practices in our work together and they are instrumental in accelerating self-discovery because they each expand consciousness in important ways.

When it’s relevant, I also recommend various books that might be uniquely supportive for a particular issue or contemplation, and I frequently use both Human Design and The Gene Keys in my work.

Additionally, because of my own personal background and battles with health and physical wellbeing, it is not uncommon for us to dive deep into diet, lifestyle, and other physical reality things that might support the opening of one’s heart, and the regulation of one’s nervous system. Our work together is holistic, and includes defining the correct support for each individual body, mind, and soul.

For me, no helpful resource is off the table if it will genuinely support a person in feeling satisfied with their life.

  • When one chooses to embark on a journey of inner work in this way, everything around them has the potential to change, like a ripple made from a stone dropping into a pond. There is a saying that all it takes is one person to break a dynamic, and it’s often the one who seeks out support first who creates that ripple. Children, typically functioning as mirrors for their parents, change quite effortlessly as their parents integrate their self-discoveries. They will mirror whatever the behavior the parent is showing them, and as a parent heals and grows, so do their children. Partners and extended family receive invitations to change to maintain resonance with the new way of being exemplified by the one doing the work, and then it is up to them to respond accordingly; to take the reins of their own growth, so to speak. It is not always so that this will occur, and often my students are surprised to discover that problems they thought they had with family members or partners dissolve totally when they resolve the thing in themselves which was out of tune. This is especially true when we cease to judge and evaluate and see ourselves as separate from one another.

I am honored to have witnessed all of my students resolve familial and relationship tensions and discover a deeper love and gratitude for their loved ones through the work we do together in Unbound. I’ve watched my students have multiple children over the years and raise them into highly emotionally intelligent and well rounded young adults. If you are a parent, the biggest gift you can offer your child is your own evolution and emotional maturity. If your relationship is struggling in any way, please know that this nature of healing and inner work has the power to transmute all of it.

  • I received my coaching training and certification in New York City through the OTCA (OneTaste Coaching Association) in 2015. I have participated in almost constant continuing education or experiential learning of some sort since graduating university in 2004 (where I studied French and music, with a focus on social psychology and philosophy), and in addition to many formal trainings focused on emotional intelligence, leadership, yoga, transformational bodywork, and emotional resolution, my work is of course also informed by my broad ranging life experience, extensive travel, my own transformational journey, and the key insights I’ve gained along the way.

I live my life as a perpetual student, and am blessed to have had many masters along the way who have guided me beautifully and powerfully, most recently, as a disciple of Sri ShantiMayi. I experience that learning to be a student or disciple of life is one of the fastest ways to grow, and this is one of the main principles I both model and teach with my students.
