Discover a potent meditation and manifestation practice that helps you clarify your intuition and set intentions for your life.
One of the most powerful forms of meditation includes visualization, in part because it hones the ability to focus the attention on something very specific, allowing one to merge fully with the locus of our attention.
But before we learn to focus our attention, we also need to do the inner work of anchoring our inner what and why. What do you want? What do you want that you’re willing to do whatever it takes to realize? What do you want that is not dependent on the world, or anyone else, but that you yourself can create from within, fueled only by your own receptivity and willingness? Why do you want that thing? Why do you burn for it so deeply? What are the qualities of it? How might it manifest in your daily life, your relationships, and your life?
Without this clarity (which will continue to evolve), our intentions can’t grow roots, and our ability to gain momentum and determination gets wobbly.
During our time together, we will define the parameters of your meditation practice, which will include some self-reflection and writing. Once everyone has established clarity, we will walk through the practice together, and spend a half hour in meditation. Afterward, there will be an opportunity for questions, refinement, and guidance.

Cost to participate is 200kr. (DKK) which is about 27€.
