Yoga for your heart.
Join me for devotional chanting, heart coherence, and embodiment, where we’ll spend an hour and a half together discovering the power of Kirtan and chanting bhajans.
Kirtan is a yoga practice for the heart. It is the place where meditation and music intersect. It is a space to express yourself, to realize your heart — the body’s most powerful alchemical muscle — to feel, to listen, and to gather with other like-minded individuals who cherish the value of devotion.
Bhajans are devotional songs. Included in the repertoire are Sanskrit mantras which tune into the frequency of specific Hindu gods representing various virtues to embody, along with African, Hawaiian, and Sufi chants.
This local, donation-based, event takes place in person in Céret, France. The exact address will be shared with you over email when you RSVP.
Lyrics and translations will be shared on site, and you are invited to sing whole-heartedly throughout the experience, but you are welcome to also come and listen. Please bring a cushion to sit on, as space on chairs is limited.
