How to deal with your need for instant gratification.

Let go of the expectation that your present experience should render immediate reward.

Transformation does not occur without integration and embodiment. Transformation also cannot occur if you're constantly thinking about the value you're getting out of a transformative experience rather than simply being in it.

The part of you that feels like you need to reap the benefits of a moment by taking in as much as possible IN that moment is the part of you that is governed by not-enoughness and entitlement.

"I paid for this experience and so, while I'm here, I need to get as much out of it as possible."

(It feels a lot like beating a dead horse, and is at the core of consumerism and transactional thinking)

This is precisely how we sabotage our own transformation (by blowing ourselves out).

There is always enough. One singular experience is enough to change your entire life. One singular experience is enough to continuously change your life for the rest of your life. One singular experience has the power to be priceless.

But only if you let it.

I love you. <3
