And rightly so. Most of us have been raised to believe that dissatisfaction is part and parcel to adulting. We end up stuck in ruts that make the pursuit of a life well-lived feel futile.
Breaking these patterns can often feel daunting, leaving us longing for reprieve, and desperate for change.
I know because I’ve been there, too.
Once upon a time I was surrounded by unfulfilling relationships, had a career that felt meaningless, and I was crippled by the way I talked to myself. To make matters worse, I felt haunted by a void—an unknown part of myself—that felt just beyond my reach, and which left me riddled with anxiety most of the time.
One day, drowning in the life I had built for myself which was wonderful by everyone else’s standards but felt empty to me, I asked myself:
“Is this really it? Is this how my life is going to be until the day I die?”
This question left me feeling totally hopeless. Here I was, a full-fledged adult, reaching my peak in my early thirties, with nothing more to look forward to. I had arrived at the destination I had spent years working toward, and what I had discovered was wildly disappointing.
I felt guilty for wanting more for myself, but I was determined to find out what it was going to take to feel
Hi, I’m Antesa
I specialize in empathy, vulnerability, authenticity, and the emotional landscape. I teach my clients to discern between their reactive behavior, feelings, and thoughts, and guide them in developing honest, kind, and compassionate communication styles that build relationship (including with themselves) and deepen intimacy, connection, and an intuitive sense of purpose in all areas of their lives.
THIS ISn’t Your typical Personal Growth Guide, Folks.
It turns out that lasting, gratifying, rewarding change—in our relationships, in our careers, and in our lives—is not nearly as complicated or inaccessible as it seems from the outside looking in. You don’t need to empty your savings account in order to get started, either.
In my work, I focus on three core principles which are often overlooked in most standard “personal development” courses and definitely will be nowhere to be found in the “quick fix” memes you’ll find on social media: receptivity, willingness, and healthy communication skills.
What Readers Are Saying
"I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE I GET MORE CLARIFICATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK WE’VE DONE TOGETHER EACH TIME I READ SOMETHING FROM YOU. THIS GUIDE WAS CLEAR, NOT FLOWERY OR BOGGED DOWN WITH “NEW AGEY” WORDING, CONCISE, AND WITH EXAMPLES TO ILLUSTRATE. IT WAS ENOUGH GRIT TO CHEW ON BUT NOT TOO MUCH TO CHOKE ON. THOUGHTFUL, PROVOCATIVE, INVOCATIVE. ONE BIG TAKEAWAY FOR ME WAS WILLINGNESS =/= WILLPOWER. I DEFINITELY NEED MORE BALANCE THERE AND I CAN SEE HOW WILLPOWER JUST ISN’T DOING IT ANYMORE. AS THEY SAY: “LIGHT BULB MOMENT” SO THANK YOU FOR THAT!"

I send out 2-3 emails a month and make it a point to share intimate insights and experiences that my readership loves.
