Hi, I’m Antesa

I specialize in empathy, vulnerability, authenticity, and the emotional landscape. I teach my clients to discern between their reactive behavior, feelings, and thoughts, and guide them in developing honest, kind, and compassionate communication styles that build relationship (including with themselves) and deepen intimacy, connection, and an intuitive sense of purpose in all areas of their lives.

Resonance

Are you in tune? This is the first inquiry we’ll make together. We’ll examine whether you’re in tune with yourself, your relationships, and your environment. We’ll identify the areas which are out of tune and do what’s needed to adjust the pitch.

Receptivity

To be receptive is to neither agree nor disagree, neither to believe nor disbelieve. It is simply to be open and willing. If we are not open and willing, growth and transformation will not occur. How much, how fast, and how easily can you receive?

Where you source from determines the quality of your wellspring. Often we are disproportionately sourcing from our intellect, forgetting our intuition and innate wisdom, and making decisions based on unhelpful learned behaviors.
