In November 2018, I led a two hour workshop in partnership with TEDxCopenhagen on Breaking Through Limiting Beliefs.

One of the things I talked about in that workshop, was just how much time we spend thinking thoughts and believing things that literally stop us in our tracks. IT IS VERY ANNOYING to feel so ruled by something we can’t untangle, isn’t it?

Everyone who attended that workshop had the opportunity to download a ten-step worksheet that they could use to take themselves through a personal experience (or more than one) where they felt stuck, resentful, confused, angry, or sad, in order to get clarity on their experience and move on.

I love sharing resources, and this is a great one to get started on doing your own inner work. I don’t like to limit my free resources to only people who see me speak live. After all, we live in a digital world. So this is my gift to you!
